Guidelines and Instructions for submission of On-line form for Short Term Courses

1. Online submission of application may be made at website http://eoc.du.ac.in Detailed instructions are available at the site. The Candidate should read the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. The candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the on line form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign.
2. Before filling the online form, the candidate should have the fee demand draft ready in order to fill the mandatory draft related information in the form.
3. The candidate is required to fill the form and take the print out before submitting (Pressing the submit button) the form online.
4. Paste the photograph on the top right hand side of the filled printout.
5. The printed form along with the fee demand draft (as per the amount mentioned in point 7) and the required documents (mentioned in point 8) should be submitted at the EOC office on or before the last date: January 3, 2012.

7. The fee structure and the eligibility conditions are as given below:

News Reading & Cinematography	Rs. 10,000/-Rs. 1000/- (each) for PwD, ST, SC &OBC	XII
Self Defence and Confidence Building Training based on Taekwondo	Rs. 500/-	XII

+ Admission to Sign Language B-level will be considered only for candidates holding A-level Certificates and Admission to Sign Language C-level will be considered only for candidates holding B-level Certificates.

• Documents to be attached (self attested):

1. Proof of last examination passed.
2. Proof of disability certificate. This is applicable for persons with disabilities.
3. Proof of SC/ST/ OBC certificate if applicable
4. 2 Passport size photographs along with the form.
5. Fees by draft in favor of the Registrar, University of Delhi. If you are applying for more than one course, please submit different draft for each course.

 

NOTE: The candidate is required to take the print out before submitting (Pressing the submit button) the form online.
